From time to time we experience problems when sending to addresses from our ISP which is AOL, If you book a reading with us, and you do not receive a 'confirmation of payment' e.mail, or your readings within the timescale given, please contact us as soon as possible! either by e.mail or phone. our emergency number is (087 076 515 10 ) if you get an answer-phone message, please lease a number for us to reach you at....or try again later, and we shall find another means to deliver your email reading. But we need to hear from you first or we will not be aware that your reading has not been delivered to you. if we can-not deliver your reading by email after many attempts we may post out a hard copy of your reading to the address given on your order.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION CHANGES
We have noticed that recently many credit/debit transactions are rejected by internet payment systems, when in fact there is nothing wrong at all with the customers card! we believe this is due to more stringent measures against credit/debit card fraud being implemented generally. We have recently ourselves experienced this, and realize how annoying and upsetting it can be! if your card is rejected for no good reason, we suggest that you try again with a different card, or try a phone reading from us, which is paid thro' your 'phone account. We also suggest that you contact your bank to see why this has happened?
