Terms and conditions for spell-work booked with Lily.

We do not guarantee that the spell work that we do will be always successful. Despite what is claimed on some similar sites this is not possible with white witchcraft. Lily will usually give to a percentage of probable success if asked before you book and pay for your spell. You book the spell with the understanding that even with Lily’s best fest efforts it may not be your ‘Karma’ that the spell be successful.

 Whether the spell is successful or not, Lily will have done a great deal of work on your behalf over a period of at least one month and perhaps longer, she will have given you unlimited back up and support. She will also have used sometimes expensive ingredients in your spellwork.

For these reasons your fee for work completed will only be refunded if:-

You can show that Lily did not offer you support and help during her spellwork for you, did not always answer your emails, and/or did not re-enforce the spell or re-cast when requested.

Refunds are not given because the spell failed to work as you are warned of this both on Lily’s sites and in the initial emails before the work begins. It is not possible for anyone to fully and 100% guarantee spell work will be successful, as that goes against the laws of Karma. 

If you wish to request a refund, please send a full descriptive letter to Lily pointing out the reasons for doing so after having fully read these Terms and Conditions.
