Connecting with our inner Power and Strength!

We all have special gifts and abilities.

We all have the ability to create whatever we need in our life if we truly need and want  it.

We all seem to have difficulties with this!

 It seems as if we are programmed from being very tiny to failure! 

Sometimes we know that there are things that we can do, things that we can achieve…. but actually getting to that point can be fearfully difficult and we can be fraught with the doubts about ourselves and about those situations in which we would have to place ourselves to be successful.

 Unless we have been particularly encouraged as tiny children, there is always something that we will have to surmount before we can achieve all that we need to achieve in our lives… and this is often because we simply feel ‘ not good enough’ to have the success that we would like. Often we simply ‘get in our own way’ so to speak where our personal success is concerned.

 If we consider that we are part of all the ‘all there is’ on the earth, part of all its beauty and part of all its success.  We have a right no less than any other thing, person, being or animal to achieve all that we can achieve….. in other words, to achieve our full potential.

And what is our potential?  How do we figure that out?

Deep inside us is buried the knowledge of who we can be and what we can do.  If we can connect with that person within… our ‘wise person’ or Higher Self’ in love and humility, we will learn exactly what matters, and if we take it further we will achieve  the strength to gain all that we need.

There is nothing wrong with being successful....with attaining our highest good, else why have we been given the gifts and abilities that we have?

Have you noticed how successful people are always positive?  It seems that they only have to make their mind up about something that they wish to achieve and the decision is made!   Once they have decided what matters, it is as if part of their mind can believed it has happened already, they give it no chance to fail. It is almost as if they succeed by pure will power….. To some extent they DO! They have accepted it as a ‘fact’ not just an idea!

This indeed is the secret of success!

Once we allow anything negative to intrude in our plans….. we are lost!

Believe it totally... thoroughly and 100%.

Believe that what you wish will come to you because you deserve and need it,

Because all matter is the same energy, and because of we can simply draw on that energy around us to create and shape our lives, then there is no reason why we cannot draw it to us as easily as pulling a gas filled balloon on a piece of string!

 It's that simple!

The difficult bit is programming your mind to 'accept it' as the truth and not to put in little caveats such as:-

‘ I think!’

‘ I hope!’

‘ maybe!’

These are all self jeopardising tactics and you must not buy into them if you wish to succeed!

 Nothing helps or feeds success like success. Once you have achieved something even in a small way, you will know what I mean.

 Once you have your goal in mind then aim for it straight and true!  Let nothing stand in the way….. Of course it isn't sufficient to just think “I want to win £1 million!”  We can all think that….. that's just ‘ wishing/hoping’

 Think exactly how you can achieve all that you need to achieve, put the thing in motion, and then KNOW that it is going to be successful.

 Use this is a little exercise, believe me it works!

Close your eyes and relax…..

If you are familiar with meditation make this a short meditation….if not simply take time out to relax…..

See yourself sitting on the top of a beautiful green hillside on a warm summers day.

A beautiful blue sky with fluffy clouds passing... and a slight breeze cooling your face….

Imagine that you have a beautiful golden yellow, transparent balloon filled with helium on a very, very long piece of string..... that is pulling gently in the breeze….

Focus on this balloon and inside it see your dearest wish, the thing you wish to make come about… See that it is real inside the balloon….. turn it this way and that so that you can see it more clearly in your mind…. embellish it….. make it grander!

Now gradually and slowly pull on the string, and pull the balloon toward you.  Do this slowly and very deliberately, feel the objects of your dreams coming toward you slowly but surely….. never allow the balloon string out of your fingers, or the balloon will simply flyaway with your dreams!

As the balloon comes closer to you and becomes bigger in your view, see your dreams... the object of your desire....your success becoming clearer and clearer and larger and larger….. finally pull it right in, so that you are holding the neck of the balloon as well as the string.

Now, take out a pin that you have sticking in your lapel, and prick the balloon sharply! 

... And hold out your hands so that the object of your dreams falls gently into your hands!

Now you have it!

It has come to you..... it is yours!

Do this little exercise regularly…. make it part of your meditation routine or your relaxation routine….. Give yourself permission to own whatever this is and to be deserving of it…. which you ARE!!!

And remember..,

Only draw toward you that which you know will never harm another, and that which is free to come!
